I am not usually one that follows trends or who has to have the latest and greatest stuff but, I have heard so many great things about Oofos, so when I was given the opportunity to test them out for BibRave I opted in. The day I got them I put them on and it felt like I was walking on clouds. I walked about half a mile in them but found out that I needed to ease into wearing them as they take some time for your feet and legs to get used to. Now that I have had my Oofos for awhile and have been wearing them, I feel like they are “broken in” and I can see why everyone loves to wear them and not just after running. I wear these shopping, bumming around, and just hanging out around the house.

They are soft and cushy so you can bet they will be coming along with me this coming weekend as I tackle an Ultra Marathon and again in September when I run the Berlin Marathon.

I love summer and wearing sandals and flip flops even though my feet are not usually the prettiest with all the running I do. Thankfully I have all my toenails right now and recently had a pedicure or I would not be posting pictures here of my feet wearing my new Oofos OOlala recovery sandals. LOL

We have casual day on Fridays at work so I am able to wear my Oofos to work once a week which is awesome! I do not do a ton of walking at work but they do keep my feet comfy sitting at my desk or putting my feet up on the table. Shhh don’t tell my boss that I did that πŸ˜‰

Here are a few facts about Oofos:

OOfoam recovery technology absorbs 37% more impact than other footwear foams.

OOfoam impact absorbing recovery technology has been scientifically proven to reduce stress on your body while walking, allowing you to recover faster after a workout and feel better all day.

The footbed is designed to cradle your arches and move with your feet, which allows for a more natural feel. Trust me, your feet and legs will thank you!

They are easy to keep clean as they are machine washable.

Duncan Finigan is a longtime member of the OOFOS Family as the Director of Marketing. In 2014 , she was diagnosed with Stage IV Metastatic Breast Cancer. 3% of every pair sold on OOFOS.com, will be donated to Project Pink. This contribution goes directly towards the critical work the Dana Farber Cancer Institute is doing in their research department to increase the survival rate of women with breast cancer. If you want to make a bigger impact here’s how: For every pair of Project Pink Collection of OOFOS footwear sold on OOFOS.com, they will also donate $10 to Project Pink!

So, that’s even more reason to give them a try if you haven’t already hopped onboard the Oofos bandwagon. I may even have to get another pair. But don’t just take my word for it, here is what some of my fellow BibRave Pros had to say about Oofos:
